This Land is My Land

Jesus, Jesus, Jesus,

What a day! Thank you for the drizzle this morning. The land you trusted us to be stewards of needs to be saturated to keep the beauty of colors alive until spring arrives. This land needs more than water. It needs our attention more now than ever. People ask why, “You” let hurricanes, earthquakes, and floods destroy people’s lives. I don’t believe that you would cause harm to us in any fashion. Why don’t people realize that these things happen due to the way we overlook, neglect, ignore, avoid, abandon being stewards of the land and not taking responsibility for the destruction that goes on day after day? Please forgive us, Lord. We know not what we are doing, in this case, not doing.
